Montalbano was founded in 1985 in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This was a result of the intuition of Mauro Braidot who, unlike the majority of the producers of the time, converted his 5 hectares into organic production. “Do what you believe in and help spread faith in organic viticulture” is his mantra.
