Located near the base of fabled Mount Etna on the North Side of the volcano. Pietramarina (marine rock) is almost 2000 ft above sea level with the Alcantarra River gently flowing over the partially terraced terrain. Produced exclusively from estate grown grapes since 1968. Arrigo has about 2 hectares of Vineyards. Every practice is done completely by hand. They make a total of 5,000 bottles per year.
